Go-baby.com Enters Adolescence !
The new go-to site makes family travel much easier, for parents and kids...and this baby
business is, quite literally, booming...

English dramatist William Wycherley said motherhood was the necessity of invention.

But Wycherley never met parents Keith and Maryann Lesser.

It was last year, before a planned trip to Europe, that Keith Lesser, a Hollywood story analyst, and
his wife Maryann, a successful caterer, were about to pack up their two young kids for a trip to
Europe.

Says Lesser, "It was frustrating because it was impossible to find one place you could visit to get
all the necessary products and information about traveling with your kids. We are avid travelers.
And we figured if we didn't have the right info, other parents must be completely lost. So, the idea to
create the company was that simple. When we got home we decided to start Go-baby.com."

No surprise, but Lesser says business has been booming as word-of-mouth has spread. The
company started in late March 2005 and is already a year ahead of business projections.

Go-baby.com is all about making traveling with children a more pleasant and easy experience. The
site offers information, advice, gear, and some 80-odd products, all in one easy to surf setting.
Says Lesser, "We are constantly expanding and changing but the basic aims remains the
same...to make sure the headaches of traveling, especially these days, are lessened and that the
trip can be entirely enjoyable. Ideally, we want parents to think of us as the first place to go when
planning a trip."

Most of the products on the site fall into two basic categories:

(1) Comfort for the children: "Our unofficial motto," says Maryann, "is 'If they are happy, you are
happy.'"

(2) Convenience for the parents: No more tripping through the airport, trying to lug gear that was not
designed to travel.

Big sellers already include Easy Tote car seat carrier bags, car seat accessories by Sunshine
Kids, trendy pb travel blankets, Baby B'Air infant flight vests and stroller travel bags (most notably by
JL Childress). Kipiis bib clips ("functional and stylish" says Keith) as well as travel totes, diaper
bags and unique parent-invented products like the Ride On Carry On.

Quips Keith, "One of our best friends says that he and his family would never go on vacation
because they were afraid to deal with the hassles of family travel, but now, with go-baby.com they
are never home!"
