The Go-Baby.com Return Policy

We hope that you never find the need to return an item to us. However, if you do, please refer to the following policy
regarding returns. If you feel that your situation is not adequately addressed by the below policy, please contact us.
We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided you contact us first for authorization. Orders that are
returned without prior approval, or that are refused at delivery will be subject to a $10 or 20% restocking fee (whichever
is greater).
If the product is defective, or if Go-Baby.com has made an error on your order:
Please contact us first and tell us what the problem is.
If the problem requires return of the merchandise we will pay for return shipping.
If you change your mind on the product:
We will accept the return and credit your card for the purchase price of the merchandise, but shipping
expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a shipping method that provides tracking and
insurance. Go baby, Inc. cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
In all instances merchandise must be in original condition and unopened (except in the case of defective items
where merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging). Any merchandise that is returned without all
materials and in original condition may not be accepted for return and/or be subject to a restocking or replacement fee
to be determined on a case by case basis. Go Baby, Inc. will not pay return shipping for items that are not accepted
for return. Please let us know beforehand if you intend to return an item that is not complete, prior to shipping it.
